1.) Our log home packages are from high quality grade A timber and logs from preferred Eastern White Pine (Western Red Cedar and Douglas Fir available).

2.) All logs have been KILN dried for 30 days to reach an optimal moisture content of <19%.  This eliminates: shrinkage, settling, warping, or building adjustments above windows and doors.  It eliminates also the use of cranks, springs, or thru jacks...thus giving you straighter, builder friendly, stackable logs.

3.) We have a solid limited Lifetime Warranty that supports 100% of all log home packages.
